Stir-fried broccoli with white bunashimeiji mushrooms

    This is another simple vegetable stir-fry that pairs two of my favorite vegetables: broccoli and bunashimeiji mushrooms!

    • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
    • 1 broccoli crown, cut into smaller pieces
    • 1 packet white bunashimeiji mushrooms
    • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
    • 50 ml water


    1. Oil a pan and add garlic. Stir-fry under medium heat until the garlic starts to brown.
    2. Add the broccoli and stir-fry for about 2-3 minutes.
    3. Add the mushrooms and stir-fry for about 1 minute before adding oyster sauce and water.
    4. Mix well and stir-fry again for about 1 minute. Serve.
