Fishball Soup with Bunashimeiji mushrooms

    Our soups all taste good because we cook them under low heat for about an hour with lots of chicken bones, soybeans, pork ribs to give it flavor.

    • 1500ml water
    • 200g chicken bones
    • A handful of yellow beans
    • 50g minced pork
    • 10 fishballs
    • A pinch of salt
    • 50g bunashimeji mushrooms
    • 75g lettuce


    1. Boil the water in a pot. Put in the chicken bones and yellow beans. Boil for 1 hour under low heat. Remove the chicken bones and yellow beans.
    2. Make meatballs using the minced pork and add it to the pot. Also, add fishballs, salt and mushrooms. Let the soup boil.
    3. To serve, put the lettuce into bowls and pour the soup into the bowls.
