Simple broccoli stir-fry

    This is a typical dish that we cook at home for dinner. Cauliflower can also be used instead of broccoli.

    • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
    • 2 dried mushrooms, soaked until soft, cut into strips
    • ½ carrot (25 g), sliced
    • 1 broccoli crown, cut into small florets
    • 1 tbsp light soy sauce
    • A pinch of salt
    • 50 ml water


    1. In a hot oiled pan, fry garlic until it starts to brown.
    2. Add mushrooms, carrot and broccoli. Stir-fry for about 1 minute.
    3. Add light soy sauce, salt and water. Stir well, then cover the pan. Stir every 30 seconds to prevent burning. Serve.
