    About this recipe: This is a very simple dish to make. It is soft and smooth and is delicious. Also, energy is saved because the egg is cooked with the rice.

    Ingredients
    Serves: 7 

    • 5 eggs
    • 6 eggshells full of water
    • 50g minced pork
    • a dash of white pepper
    • salt to taste

    Directions
    Prep:5min  ›  Cook:10min  ›  Ready in:15min 

    1. Beat eggs in a small bowl and add the water, minced pork, pepper and salt.
    2. Carefully place the bowl on top of the rice in the electric rice cooker when bubbles start to form on the surface of the rice.
    3. Allow it to sit in the rice cooker for about 5-8 minutes. Remove and serve.
