    About this recipe: Miso soup is soup made up of soybeans. It is very popular in Japan and is usually served with rice at lunch or dinner.

    Ingredients
    Serves: 5 

    • 1125ml water
    • 400g salmon bones
    • 3 tbsp miso paste
    • 1 box soft tofu
    • 1/2 sheet dried seaweed

    Directions
    Cook:30min  ›  Ready in:30min 

    1. In a pot, allow the water to boil.
    2. Add salmon bone and allow it to cook for 15-20 minutes under medium heat.
    3. Add miso paste, tofu and seaweed and stir for about 1-2 minutes. Serve.
