About this recipe: This is a tasty dish that is healthy and easy to cook. It goes well with rice.

Serves: 6 

  • 4 slices (about 500-600g) salmon
  • 2 tsp light soy sauce
  • a dash of pepper
  • Oil

Prep:30min  ›  Cook:10min  ›  Ready in:40min 

  1. Season the salmon with light soy sauce and pepper for about 30 minutes.
  2. Pan-fry under medium heat until the salmon steaks are charred and golden brown. Flip over to the other side and pan-fry until the other side is golden brown as well.
  3. Blot with kitchen towels to remove oil. Serve.
