About this recipe: This is a simple dish that is eaten at lunch or dinner.

Serves: 5 

  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 100g minced pork
  • 400g spinach
  • a pinch of salt
  • 100ml water

Prep:5min  ›  Cook:10min  ›  Ready in:15min 

  1. Heat the oil and fry the garlic under medium heat until it starts to brown.
  2. Add in the minced pork and fry until it starts to turn gray.
  3. Add in the spinach. Fry for 1-2 minutes, then add some salt.
  4. Pour in water and cover the pan with a lid. Allow it to sit for 30 seconds. Turn off heat. Serve.
