  • oil
  • 6 slices ginger
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 100g prawns
  • 200g bunashimeji mushrooms
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce

  1. Heat the oil in a pot, and fry the ginger until it is fragrant.
  2. Add the garlic, prawns and mushrooms.
  3. Pour the oyster sauce and, under medium heat, let the contents of the pot fry for 1-2 minutes.
