Sting ray with dark sauce

    This is a very delicious dish that is usually served at dinner with rice.

    Serves: 5 

    • oil
    • 5 slices ginger
    • 1 chilli, sliced
    • 1 tomato, cut into quarters
    • 50g salted vegetables
    • spring onions
    • 450g sting ray, chopped into pieces
    • 1 tbsp dark soy sauce
    • 150ml water

    1. Heat the oil. When it is hot, put in the ginger, chili, tomato, salted vegetables and spring onions. Fry for 1-2 minutes.
    2. Add in the sting ray.
    3. Pour in the dark soy sauce and fry for 1-2 minutes.
    4. Pour in the water and allow it to boil for 2-3 minutes. Serve.
