About this recipe: This is a very tasty meat dish. It goes well with rice or porridge.

Serves: 4 

  • 300g pork loin chop, sliced ½ cm thick
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp dark soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp light soy sauce
  • a dash of pepper
  • 1 tbsp rice wine
  • oil

Prep:3hr  ›  Cook:5min  ›  Ready in:3hr5min 

  1. Marinate pork in sesame oil, dark sauce, light sauce, pepper and rice wine for 3 hours.
  2. In a saucepan, heat the oil until it is hot.
  3. Add in the pork and fry under medium heat for 2-3 minutes.
