    About this recipe: This is a delicious deep fried dish that is served at lunch or dinner.

    Serves: 5 

    • 1/4 can luncheon meat
    • 40g preserved Sichuan vegetables, diced
    • 12 sheets wanton skin
    • Water

    Prep:5min  ›  Cook:20min  ›  Ready in:25min 

    1. Mix the luncheon meat and preserved Sichuan vegetables together.
    2. Place some of the mixture in the middle of the wanton skin. Apply some water to the sides of the wanton skin. Take one corner of the wanton skin and fold it to the corner diagonally opposite.
    3. In a deep fryer, deep fry until golden brown. Serve.
