    • 300g ikan bilis (anchovies)
    • Oil

    Prep:10min  ›  Cook:10min  ›  Ready in:20min 

    1. Wash anchovies 3 times.
    2. In a small pot, heat the oil until it sputters.
    3. Add the Ikan Bilis into the pot and cover for 5 minutes.
    4. Fry until the ikan bilis becomes crispy.
