    About this recipe: This is a very delicious dish. The pan-fried beancurd is especially enjoyable.

    Nu Central Region, Singapore

    Serves: 4 

    • 1 piece firm beancurd, sliced
    • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
    • ½ tomato, cut into quarters
    • 1 stalk spring onion, sliced
    • 50g salted vegetables
    • ½ chilli, sliced
    • 75ml hot water
    • 250g beansprouts

    Prep:5min  ›  Cook:5min  ›  Ready in:10min 

    1. Pan-fry the beancurd slices under medium heat until they turn golden brown. Remove from pan.
    2. In the same pan, stir-fry the garlic, tomato, spring onion, salted vegetables and chili for 1 minute.
    3. Add the hot water and beansprouts. Continue to stir-fry for about a minute or until the beansprouts turn soft. Serve.
