    • 10 frozen sotong balls, defrosted and pat dry
    • 3/4 cup oil

    1. In a small pot, pour oil and turn on the heat to low.
    2. Once the oil is hot (oil sputters), place the sotong balls into the oil and fry until golden brown. Serve with chili sauce.
