    • 1.5KG BONELESS CHICKEN CUT INTO CUBES

    1. MARINATE CHICKEN CUBES WITH SALT AND CHICKEN TIKKA MASALA FOR 5 MINS
    2. THEN PLACE EGG AND BREAD CRUMBS IN TWO SEPARATE BOWLS ,ROLL THEM THROUGH EGG THEN THROUGH BREADCRUMBS AND PUT ASIDE .
    3. HEAT OIL IN A PAN AND PLACE THE CHUNKS ONE BY ONE IN HOT OIL COOK TILL TENDER SPICY CHICKEN CHUNKS ARE READY TO EAT
