'raifah's scrambled idiyapam

    this idiyapam is me and my mother's fav's. it is full of flavour and it is colourfull too. it has lot of colourful vegetables. you can eat it with a bit of mango pickle for full taste.

    • 2 pieces idiyapam
    • 50g tomatos
    • 1 piece chilli
    • 5g mustard seeds
    • 1 curry leaves
    • 1tbs oil
    • 1 onion
    • 1 egg

    Prep:10min  ›  Cook:5min  ›  Extra time:15min preserving  ›  Ready in:30min 

    1. place the pan on the stove. add oil, after the oil has heated,add mustard seeds, curry leaves.
    2. add tomatos,chilli and onion stir gently.
    3. add idyapam and egg mix briskly serve with mango pickle

    Serving suggestion

    serve with mango pickle to have a good flavoring.
