250 g minced pork
Salt, MSG, ground white pepper, sesame oil to taste
Whisk the eggs in a big bowl. Add the minced pork, salt, MSG, white pepper, and sesame oil. Mix thoroughly.
Pour enough vegetable oil into a frying pan (the oil should just cover the bottom of the pan) and heat. Add the egg-meat mixture. Lightly shake the pan to spread the mixture over the entire bottom. Fry one side until golden brown. Flip to another side and fry until golden brown as well. Transfer to a plate and serve promptly.
