  • 196 g bittersweet chocolate
  • 120 ml heavy cream
  • 45 g butter
  • 45 ml brandy

  1. Stir chocolate, cream, butter and brandy in a small saucepan over low heat until smooth. Allow to cool and thicken slightly before spreading over cake.
