    About this recipe: This banana smoothie is a lovely drink on a nice summer day. This is an especially healthy drink to serve at children's parties as an alternative to other sugary drinks.

    Serves: 4 

    • 2 bananas
    • 235 ml milk
    • 60 ml water
    • 25 g brown sugar
    • 8 cubes ice

    1. In a blender combine bananas and milk. Pulse until bananas are chopped. Pour in water and brown sugar. Blend until smooth. Toss in ice cubes and blend until smooth. Pour into 4 glasses and serve immediately.
