    About this recipe: A sticky caramel sauce that's perfect for ice cream, puddings, fruit and adding the sweet finish to your desserts.

    Serves: 4 

    • 120g light brown sugar
    • 120g butter
    • 100ml cream

    Prep:5min  ›  Cook:10min  ›  Ready in:15min 

    1. Stir the butter and sugar in a medium saucepan over a low heat until the sugar is dissolved.
    2. Stir in the cream and heat gently until bubbling, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and serve warm.
