This cookie batter is easy to put together. The frying part takes a little bit of skill, but practice makes it perfect. The cookies are great on their own or with ice cream.
The batter will not stick to the mould unless the mould is hot, so keep the mould in the oil while the oil is heating up.
Can you tell me where I can find a mould like this to buy? Thanks
