    About this recipe: Light, tasty biscuits - just as good as the ones served at a popular seafood restaurant chain.

    Serves: 10 

    • 240 g buttermilk baking mix
    • 160 ml milk
    • 55 g shredded Cheddar cheese
    • 55 g butter, melted
    • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

    1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C).
    2. Combine baking mix, milk and cheddar cheese in mixing bowl. Beat with wooden spoon till soft dough forms.
    3. Drop dough by spoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 8-10 minutes until golden brown.
    4. Mix butter and garlic powder and brush over warm biscuits before removing from cookie sheet.
