    Makes: 20 servings

    • 1 cup Bloody Mary mix
    • 1/2 cup olive oil
    • 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
    • 1 teaspoon black pepper
    • 3 cloves garlic
    • 3 packets artificial sweetener

    Directions

    1. Pour Bloody Mary mix, oil, vinegar, pepper, garlic, and sweetener into a blender. Puree until the garlic is finely minced, and the dressing is thick and smooth. Store in refrigerator until ready to use.

    Awesome recipe for a great dressing. This is the only dressing I use now and leave in the refrigerator in a mason jar. Put this on 20 minutes or so prior to serving mixing often. Yum, and thanks!!  -  30 Jan 2011  (Review from Allrecipes US | Canada)
