    About this recipe: Snow peas and sliced mushrooms are tossed with sesame seeds and store bought teriyaki sauce.

    Ingredients
    Serves: 4 

    • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
    • 1 tablespoon olive oil
    • 250g snow peas, trimmed, cut in half if large
    • 125g mushrooms, thinly sliced
    • 1 tablespoon teriyaki sauce or to taste

    Directions

    1. In a medium frying pan over medium heat, toast the sesame seeds about 5 minutes, stirring frequently, until lightly browned. Remove from heat, and set aside.
    2. Heat oil in the frying pan over medium high heat. Add snow peas and mushrooms, stir and cook for 3 to 4 minutes until tender.
    3. Transfer snow peas and mushrooms to a medium bowl. Toss with sesame seeds and teriyaki sauce and serve warm.
