    About this recipe: Cauliflower and green pea masala - one of the first Indian dishes I made. It is easy and quick.

    Ingredients
    Serves: 4 

    • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
    • 1 tablespoon cumin seeds
    • 1 teaspoon mustard seed
    • 300g frozen peas
    • 200g cauliflower florets
    • 1 teaspoon salt

    1. Heat the oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Place the cumin seeds and mustard seeds in the hot oil. Cook and stir until the seeds begin to pop. Mix in the peas and cauliflower. Season with salt. Reduce heat to low, cover, and continue cooking for 15 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
