Vanessa's Microwave Chocolate Bowl Cake

    Brown in color and taste a little like Chiffon cake. Quick to prepare in 5mins.

    Serves: 2 

    • 4 tbsp Plain flour
    • 2 tbsp Sugar
    • 1 egg
    • 2 tbsp Cocoa Powder/Milo Powder
    • 3 tbsp Milk/Melted Vanilla Ice Cream
    • 3 tbsp Melted Butter/ Margarine
    • 1 tsp Double Acting Baking Powder

    Prep:1min  ›  Cook:3min  ›  Extra time:1min cooling  ›  Ready in:5min 

    1. Combine flour, sugar, and cocoa in a small bowl. Beat the egg into the mixture. Stir in milk and melted butter. Mix in baking powder.
    2. Pop it into the microwave oven, and cook for 3 minutes. (Observe the cake rising.)
    3. Cool down the cake, and serve it on a plate.

    Make it healthier

    Add less sugar and butter to make it more healthier.
