    About this recipe: This is a simple but delicious marinated and fried pork recipe. You can eat this with khao neo (sticky rice) as a quick snack on the go, or serve it with khao tom (rice soup) for breakfast. In addition, you can fry the pork ahead of time and eat it later.

    Ingredients
    Serves: 4 

    • 1 each (about 250grams) pork tenderloin, sliced into 1-1.5 cm slices
    • 1/4 cup whole black peppercorns
    • 1/2 cup small garlic cloves
    • 1/2 cup coriander root
    • 1 tablespoon salt
    • oil for frying
    • 3 sprigs coriander leaves

    1. In a mortar and pestle, smash the black peppercorns until rough ground, then add the garlic cloves and smash until well broken up. Then add the coriander root and continue to smash until fairly smooth. Mix in the salt.
    2. Mix in with the pork and marinate for 4 hours.
    3. Fry the pork in oil until crispy and drain. Serve on a plate with the coriander sprigs on top.
