Moo tord (pork loin fried with black pepper, garlic and coriander root)

    4 hours 25 mins

This is a simple but delicious marinated and fried pork recipe. You can eat this with khao neo (sticky rice) as a quick snack on the go, or serve it with khao tom (rice soup) for breakfast. In addition, you can fry the pork ahead of time and eat it later.
