Hati Ayam Goreng Kicap (Chicken Liver in Soy Sauce)

About this recipe: This is not exactly a healthy dish but it tastes so good and easy to make. As simple dish to have with hot steaming rice.

Ingredients
Serves: 4 

  • 250 gms chicken liver
  • 1 teaspoon tumeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon coriander powder
  • Salt
  • 1 onion, sliced thickly
  • 1 red chilli, sliced
  • 2 tablespoon thick sweet soy sauce
  • Oil for cooking

  1. Rub chicken liver with tumeric, coriander and salt. Heat oil in pan and saute the onions until soft. Add the liver and stir-fry for a few minutes. Add in the sliced chillies and sweet soy sauce and stir until the liver is cooked.
