- 250 gms chicken liver
- 1 teaspoon tumeric powder
- 1 teaspoon coriander powder
- Salt
- 1 onion, sliced thickly
- 1 red chilli, sliced
- 2 tablespoon thick sweet soy sauce
- Oil for cooking
Directions

- Rub chicken liver with tumeric, coriander and salt. Heat oil in pan and saute the onions until soft. Add the liver and stir-fry for a few minutes. Add in the sliced chillies and sweet soy sauce and stir until the liver is cooked.
