Baby Nam Wa Bananas candied in syrup

1 person made this

About this recipe: This is simple treat using a baby banana called "gluay nam wa" in Thailand. If unavailable, you can use larger bananas. Also this recipe uses hydrolyzed lime water to soak and firm up the bananas prior to cooking. This step can be left out, but the bananas may be mushy.
