About this recipe: This coconut rice dish is typically served at breakfast but depending on how heavy the side dishes are, can be a complete meal for lunch or dinner. The traditional accompaniments are sliced cucumbers, egg: either hard-boiled or small omelette slice, roasted dry peanuts, fried anchovies and a sambal. For a heavier meal it can be served with different curries, rendang and sambals.
