About this recipe:
The recipe is easy to prepare and the spareribs come out finger licking good.
2 kg pork spareribs
salt and pepper to taste
250ml sweet chili sauce

- Rinse pork spareribs and pat dry. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Arrange spareribs in a baking dish with 250ml water. Cover baking dish with foil.
- Bake at 180 degrees C for 30 minutes. Remove foil and pour sweet chili sauce over the ribs. Brush ribs with the sweet chili sauce every 5 minutes for 30 minutes.
- Serve hot or cold with a salad.
