About this recipe:This recipe makes about half a litre of dressing which you can make at the start of the week for your week's worth of salads. Keep in a glass jar in the fridge and shake before using each time.
1 small onion diced
3 anchovy fillets
1 small bulb of garlic, peeled and chopped
Juice of 1 lemon
1 tbls honey
500ml apple cider vinegar
2 tbls olive oil
1 tbls mustard
1/2 tbls pickled ginger
2 tsps dried Italian herbs
salt and pepper to taste

Blend all ingredients preferably with a mixer until smooth and creamy.
Store in a glass jar in the fridge and shake before using each time.
