About this recipe: This porridge is cooked until it is so fine that a baby could eat this. Very fragrant and sweet as well.

  • 800ml water
  • ¼ cup rice
  • 2 scallops
  • ½ tomato, cut into eighths
  • 1 potato, cubed
  • Salt to taste


  1. Add all ingredients into a large pot and allow it to cook covered under low heat for 1 hour.
