"Hotplate tofu"

Well... it's not on a hotplate but it's cooked in the same style. It's still delicious nonetheless!

    • 2 tbsp sesame oil
    • 1 tbsp cornflour
    • 1 tbsp water

    2. Fry the garlic and spring onions until slight browned, add in the minced pork, mushroom and chili.
    3. Add in the sugar, oyster sauce and sesame oil. Mix the cornflour with water and pour in to thicken the sauce.
    4. Crack an egg into the sauce and stir until it is broken up into slivers. Pour the sauce over the tofu. Serve.
