Breaded pork and cheese rolls
This is a great dish that is easy and delicious. We like how the cheese melts and fills the inside of the pork.

6 pieces lean pork, sliced (about 400g)
3 tsp light soy sauce
A pinch of salt
2 tsp sesame oil
6 pieces sliced cheese
1 egg mixed with 2 tbsp flour
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- Pound the pork with a meat mallet until flattened.
- Marinate with light soy sauce, salt and sesame oil for 2 hours.
- Place a piece of sliced cheese on a piece of pork and roll up.
- Dip into the egg and flour mixture and then roll in breadcrumbs. Deep-fry in a deep fryer until golden brown. Serve.
