Breaded pork and cheese rolls

    This is a great dish that is easy and delicious. We like how the cheese melts and fills the inside of the pork.

    • 6 pieces lean pork, sliced (about 400g)
    • 3 tsp light soy sauce
    • A pinch of salt
    • 2 tsp sesame oil
    • 6 pieces sliced cheese
    • 1 egg mixed with 2 tbsp flour
    • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs


    1. Pound the pork with a meat mallet until flattened.
    2. Marinate with light soy sauce, salt and sesame oil for 2 hours.
    3. Place a piece of sliced cheese on a piece of pork and roll up.
    4. Dip into the egg and flour mixture and then roll in breadcrumbs. Deep-fry in a deep fryer until golden brown. Serve.
