    About this recipe: Bittergourd is a good vegetable to cook. It has cooling properties and is good for the hot weather in Singapore these days!

    • 400g bittergourd, sliced, seeds removed
    • 2 eggs, beaten
    • Salt to taste


    1. Stir-fry the bittergourd for about 1-2 minutes under medium heat until it is slightly softened.
    2. Mix eggs and salt and pour the mixture over the bittergourd. Allow it to cook until the base is set. Flip over and cook until both sides are golden. Serve.
