Spinach and scallop stir-fry

    This is a favorite. Spinach is a good source of iron which helps to prevent anemia. The scallop lends sweetness to this dish.

    • 1 small onion, sliced
    • 2 dried scallops, soaked until soft, broken up into pieces
    • 25g minced pork
    • 325g spinach
    • 1 tbsp oyster sauce


    1. Fry the small onion under medium heat until fragrant and browned. Add the scallops and stir-fry quickly.
    2. Add the minced pork and stir-fry until it loses its pinkness.
    3. Add in the spinach and oyster sauce. Fry for 1-2 minutes. Serve.
