Pink beans / Zhen zhu dou soup (珍珠豆汤)
We like the zhen zhu dou a lot. Initially I didn't know what it was called and it was always the "pink bean" to us!

420g pork ribs
200g pink beans (珍珠豆), pod removed
A pinch of salt
- Cook all ingredients in a large pot over a small flame for 1 hour. Add salt to taste. Serve.
