About this recipe:
We cook this very frequently as cauliflower keeps well. We only go down to the market once in a week so we need to buy some vegetables that would keep for the entire week.
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1 onion, sliced
½ crown cauliflower, cut into smaller pieces
1 carrot, sliced
A pinch of salt
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp cornflour mixed with 2 tbsp water
- Fry the garlic and onion under medium heat until fragrant.
- Add in the carrot and cauliflower. Stir-fry to mix. Add in water and keep covered until the cauliflower is soft.
- Add in salt, oyster sauce and cornflour mixture. Stir-fry until the sauce becomes sticky. Serve.
