About this recipe: Spinach is a good source of iron. Also, it tends to be very fine unlike other sorts of vegetables.


  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 bunch spinach
  • A pinch of salt
  • 1 tbsp light soy sauce


  1. Fry the garlic until fragrant under medium heat.
  2. Add in the spinach and stir-fry quickly. Add in salt and soy sauce. Stir-fry until the spinach is wilted. Serve.
