Deep-fried prawn fritters

    This is a favorite dish in the family. The kids like how crispy the prawns are. I added breadcrumbs to make it even better!

    • 1 packet tempura flour
    • Iced water
    • 25 small prawns, shelled
    • ½ cup breadcrumbs


    1. Mix the tempura flour together with just enough iced water to form a smooth and sticky batter.
    2. Dip the prawns into the tempura flour batter and then roll in breadcrumbs.
    3. Deep-fry in a deep-fryer until golden. Serve.
