Mushrooms and scrambled eggs stir-fry

    This is a simple mushroom stir-fry recipe. Mushrooms are good for health as they prevent cancer.

    • 2 tbsp oil
    • 1 egg
    • 1 oyster mushroom, sliced
    • ½ packet bunashimeji mushrooms
    • A few drops Maggi seasoning


    1. Oil a frying pan and crack the egg into the pan. Allow it to set for about 15 seconds, then stir quickly to scramble it.
    2. Add in the mushrooms and Maggi seasoning and stir-fry for about 1-2 minute or until the mushrooms soften.
