Chicken wing and ginger stir-fry

About this recipe: This is another simple dish that tastes great. The long marination time makes the chicken very tasty!

  • 3 chicken wings
  • ½ tbsp light soy sauce
  • ½ tbsp sesame oil
  • ½ tbsp rice wine
  • A dash of pepper
  • 5 slices ginger, cut into strips
  • 1 chili, sliced
  • ½ tbsp cornflour
  • 200ml water
  • 1 stalk spring onion, cut


  1. Marinate the chicken wings with light soy sauce, sesame oil, rice wine and pepper for 2 hours.
  2. In a hot oiled pan, fry the ginger and chili under medium heat until fragrant.
  3. Add in the chicken wings and a small amount of water to prevent sticking.
  4. Stir-fry for about 3 minutes or until the chicken turns white.
  5. Add cornflour and water and stir-fry again until the sauce thickens. Serve garnished with spring onion.
