Otah Steamed Egg

    This is just an ordinary steamed egg recipe but spiced up with the otah. We just happened to have otah the other day that had to be used up!

    • 5 eggs, beaten
    • 1 piece otah, about 80g, cut into smaller pieces
    • 5 eggshells water


    1. Mix all the ingredients together in a small bowl.
    2. Fill a wok 1/3 full of water and place a metal stand in the middle. Allow the water to boil. Once the water has boiled, place the bowl with the egg mixture on the metal stand.
    3. Steam for 15 minutes. Remove and serve.
