Salmon steaks in oyster sauce

    Salmon is rich in omega 3 which is very good for the body. This dish is very simple. We give it an Asian twist by using oyster sauce

    • 1 tbsp butter
    • 6 pieces salmon (about 600g)
    • 2 tbsp oyster sauce
    • 1 tbsp light soy sauce
    • Fried shallots for garnish


    1. Oil a hot pan with butter.
    2. Pan-fry the salmon until it is pink on both sides. Pour the oyster sauce and light soy sauce over the salmon and allow it to cook for about 7 minutes under low heat.
    3. Remove from pan and garnish with fried shallots. Serve.
