Pork with Pork liver

    Pork liver is very rich in iron and therefore is especially nutritious for women. Take care not to overcook the pork liver.

    • 8/10 tbsp sesame oil
    • 2 cloves garlic, diced
    • 1 piece ginger, about half a finger long, diced
    • half a bowl of water
    • 300g pork, sliced
    • 200g pork liver, sliced


    1. Put oil in medium sized pan to heat. Add diced garlic and ginger and let it cook until golden brown.
    2. Add half a bowl of water. Add pork and toss around with spatula until cooked Remove pork from pan.
    3. As the remainder sauce continues to boil, add pork liver. Toss around for a while then switch off the gas stove. Cover pan and let it simmer for 5 min.
