Between family, friends and co-workers, I get requests for these rolls about every weekend. They have a terrific flavor! Mix garlic or cinnamon into the butter topping for more variety.

Yummy dressing made with fresh Vidalia onions. If you can't find Vidalia onions, another sweet onion will do.

This is my take on honey-mustard salad dressing. My husband gives it 5 stars so I thought I would share it with you. Note that I use sweet onion (Walla Walla sweets), but regular onions will do. You can also experiment with amounts to find the taste that suits your palate.

Over the years I've made these quick and easy appetisers for many parties in our home and always get asked for the recipe. My two picky kids love them, and they are my toughest food critics!

This dip recipe was given to me by a co-worker some 15 or more years ago. She made it for potlucks at work, and it was always gone from the nurse's station before the rest of the food was put out! It's a simple mixture of beef and cheese, but it should always be made a day in advance to allow the flavors to blend. Serve with your favorite corn chips.

This is an old-fashioned roast turkey recipe where the turkey is partly deboned, stuffed and trussed so that when it is remolded before cooking, it closely resembles its original shape. It is stuffed with celery and walnut stuffing and served with celery sauce.

Making crisps at home is fun and easy especially if you have a deep fryer. Experiment with the shape and thickness of the potatoes, you may like them thicker or thinner, and you can use kumara (sweet potato) too. I use olive oil but you can use other oils.

This is a very basic recipe for the popular garbanzo and sesame seed pate. Vary the flavor by adding a few mint leaves, a little fresh ginger, or red pepper flakes. I make it in a food processor now, but I used to make it by putting the garbanzo beans through a ricer.
