This is the 'secret' Greek dressing recipe from the pizzeria that I work at. The recipe makes almost a gallon but can be scaled down easily. It can be used for picnics and travels very well, since it doesn't need to be refrigerated. This is the best dressing I have ever tasted, people offer to buy it constantly, but if we sold it we wouldn't be able to make enough to use in the restaurant!

A tasty red French dressing that has been a family favorite for years. For variations I have used flavored vinegars, red wine, and balsamic vinegars. The red wine is very good. Enjoy.

This dressing is great with artichoke and asparagus salad, and it's one of the easiest recipes I have! Using a good quality olive oil makes a big difference in this dressing.

Blue cheese and head cheese are tossed in a flavorful Dijon vinaigrette dressing with onion and garlic. Head cheese is not a dairy cheese but cold meat jelly made from pig or calf's head meat.

I love this dressing, it's zesty and mellow at the same time. It's perfect on a big, tossed green salad, and is great as a marinade for veggies, meat, or fish. I usually double or triple the batch to always have some around.

This sauce is the most delicious, most fitting accompaniment to grilled or steamed mussels, shrimp, fish, lobster, or whatever other seafood the ocean gifts us! On a sunny evening by the beach, with friends and family, and a cold beer, this is the best combination of flavours I can think of.

After having a delicious TGI Friday's grilled chicken salad, I was determined to figure out the Cilantro-Lime salad dressing served with it. This is what I came up with. Delicious for a quick summery dinner. Grilled boneless chicken breasts served over a hearty green salad, and this dressing, voila!

I got the idea for this dressing from my love for Post Cranberry and Almond Cereal - I thought it was a great flavor combination. I like this dressing over a mixed green salad, potato salad (yes, it actually works) and even grilled salmon or warm roast turkey breast and glazed ham steaks at Christmas. I really love the color of this dressing - whatever it touches looks so pretty.
