These are spicy and wonderful! As close as I can get to a restaurant version that I am addicted to. Serves 2 as an appetizer and 4 as an entree.

A basic version of the classic tomato-vodka cocktail. Add hot sauce or black pepper or build on this however you want.

This is a handy mix that can be made ahead of time. Just add to a glass of vodka and ice, and garnish with celery sticks and slices of lemon. It can also be drunk without alcohol as a Virgin Mary. Try at your next brunch or party.

This is a really easy tropical-style drink recipe for all you rum fans out there. You can garnish it with some pineapple chunks or one of those little toothpick umbrellas.

Gluhwein is a German/Austrian cold season drink that most tourists know as an after-ski drink. After you come in out of the snow, it is supposed to make you glow with warmth again. Watch it: since you drink this wine warm, the alcohol goes to your head extra quick! Drink when you really have come in, and do not have to go out again! This is the one my father used to make for New Year's Eve.

For those who like their margaritas on ice-rather than fully blended-this is the one for you. A straightforward, classic margarita with no added sugar.

My best friend, who just happens to be Irish, made this drink for me one cold night in Chicago and since then, I have been hooked! Warning: it is very potent, just one of these will warm you up and basically make you good for nothing afterwards - what a treat! It is super to drink at night if you have a sore throat. My friend said this is what the Irish drink if they don't feel well. But don't wait until you have a cold to try this recipe!

Its all about the strawberries - only use fresh picked real strawberries, forget about supermarket strawberries! The strawberry pulp is discarded when you bottle the liqueur so have an occasion ready and use it on (or in!) icecream and is fantastic in champagne!

This is a French drink that can be mixed to taste. Use champagne with the same amount of creme de cassis and it is a Kir Royale.

Vodka jello shots in champagne. This is a great retro themed drink thats hard to resist. Me and my friends gave this drink its name during a party when we were drinking champagne and eating jelly shots and they somehow got mixed up together. Works best with blue or red jelly but you can choose your colour.

This is the classic Iced Tea from Long Island, in the United States. The tea contains just a hint of citrus and a lot of alcohol. It is best made with top shelf liquors. Sip and enjoy!
