This is the 'secret' Greek dressing recipe from the pizzeria that I work at. The recipe makes almost a gallon but can be scaled down easily. It can be used for picnics and travels very well, since it doesn't need to be refrigerated. This is the best dressing I have ever tasted, people offer to buy it constantly, but if we sold it we wouldn't be able to make enough to use in the restaurant!

Top your perfect salad with my creamy and chunky blue cheese dressing recipe. It has a nicely balanced flavour and nice sweetness with a great creamy and chunky balance. You can also use this as a dip for Buffalo Chicken Wings!

Once you have tasted this blue cheese dressing recipe, no other will compare. No bottled dressing or restaurant dressing will ever measure up to this killer dressing.

This tomato sauce combines the flavors of garlic, onion, kalamata olives & capers. It is wonderful over any pasta or as a sauce for white fish or chicken.

My husband begs me to make this dish. It is a surprisingly great mixture of flavors. You'll love it! Feel free to tailor the ingredient amounts to your taste. This is how we like it, but it is quite flexible.

Red apples are decorated to look like lady bugs. This is a quick and fun snack that kids will enjoy making and eating. For once, kids can play with their food.

My original version for the Argentinean recipe. Rich and delicious. Any meat can be used for this recipe, just be sure to cut it up into tiny pieces.

Great salad dressing for all salads. This recipe makes a large amount and you can store the dressing in the fridge.

A zesty lime dressing with a distinctive Asian flavor with hints of kaffir lime, chilli, and coriander. This is great with a cold chicken salad, with Asian greens. Change the ratios for preferential taste.

This is an adaptation of an old Armenian recipe, and this variation is so delicious I can't stop eating it. It's a great way to stretch expensive seasonal asparagus and pricey cashews. It's great as a side dish or as a vegetarian main course.

A tasty red French dressing that has been a family favorite for years. For variations I have used flavored vinegars, red wine, and balsamic vinegars. The red wine is very good. Enjoy.

Tomatoes, red onion and cucumbers are dressed with olive oil and finished with crumbled feta cheese and black olives. It's essential to serve this with good crusty bread or barbecued lamb skewers.
